A TURNING POINT AT MONTEREY
Monterey Church is approaching an important turning point. Since 2005, Monterey has benefited from a historically low interest rate. That loan is now up for renewal, and with the possibility of rates more than doubling, this change presents a serious challenge to our budget and ministry efforts.
In response, Monterey hosted three family meetings to share information, answer questions, and begin seeking God’s guidance together.
If you weren’t able to attend, we invite you to watch this video update. It will bring you up to speed on the need before us and our desire as a church family to enter into a season of prayer—asking God how we might give and dream together about the future.
As you are led to give or pledge, there are 3 ways:
During Service - Give by placing your pledge card or check in the offering plate – please mark it as “Build the Mission.”
In the Great Hall - At the “Build The Mission Table”, there are pledge/giving boxes where you can drop your offering. There is a table there with the pledge cards and people to answer any questions you may have.
Online - Click the “Give Now” or “Pledge” buttons at the top or bottom of this page.

The pledges or contributions need to be in by October 19th so leadership will know how to proceed with the loan.
