The Worship Ministry at Monterey is a community of people learning to worship faithfully, serve generously, and grow together as disciples of Jesus.
We care about excellence, preparation, and bringing our best. But what happens on the platform is only one part of who we are. We care just as much about the people we are becoming, the relationships we are building, and the life of the church we share together.

Healthy worship ministry is about more than musical or technical ability. We want the people serving here to be growing across three interconnected areas of life.
Church Involvement
We want to be rooted in the broader life of Monterey—in Bible classes, groups, relationships, service, and the shared life of our church family.

We show up for one another beyond the weekends we are scheduled, investing in Team Nights, rehearsals, relationships, and the life of the ministry.
